  • 1. Introductory provisions:

    1. Event: training, event, other events.
    2. These General Terms and Conditions: (GTC, or contract) the training department of FORTIX Consulting Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FORTIX Academy) organised by, is created during the application for a training course subject to notification under Act LXXVII of 2013 on Adult Education (hereinafter: Adult Education Act) FORTIX Academy and the event participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

    2. Basic provisions:

    1. The present GTC fully regulate the rights and obligations of FORTIX Academy and the Participant in relation to the registration for events.
    2. The present SAIThe issues not regulated in Section F and their interpretation shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular with regard to the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code Act) and the Adult Education Act, which shall prevail even in the absence of a separate clause.

    3. To register for an event:

    1. You can register for events electronically via www.fortix.hu/oktatas/ in the manner set out in these GTC.
    2. Participants can access detailed information about the events announced on www.fortix.hu/oktatas/ by clicking on the “More” button. If you require more information about any event than is available on the website, please contact us at info@fortixacademy.hu by clicking on the “Request more information” button.
    3. Participants can register for the event of their choice by clicking on the “Register for training” button. FORTIX Academy will then send the Participant the registration form Spaceform, the completion and return of which by the Participant will create a payment obligation for the Participant. The entrant acknowledges the request for payment.
    4. As part of and as a condition of registration for FORTIX Academy events, the Participant accepts the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, which are available to the Participant in a printable and downloadable format.     7. The Participant is required to provide his/her real data when registering for the event. In case of false data or data that can be linked to another person, the application will be considered null and void. A FORTIX Academy excludes its liability in the event that the Participant uses its services on behalf of another person, using the data of another person. The data provider shall be solely liable for any incomplete or false application data and for applications submitted on behalf of another person without the consent of the data subject.
    8. FORTIX Academy shall not be held liable for any delays, problems or errors caused by the Participant ‘s incorrect and/or inaccurate registration data.
    9. Please use the registration form to register for the event.check the information you have provided before you use the service. Once you have sent your application, the info@fortixacademy.hu you can report any data entry errors to .
    10. FORTIX Academy will send a written confirmation to the email address provided by the Participant during the application process, within 48 hours of receipt of the application, including the details of the selected event and the event information. If the Participant discovers any mistakes or errors in the data contained in the confirmation, he/she may report them to FORTIX Academy at the following address info@fortixacademy.hu by email. Once the application is confirmed, an invoice will be issued either in the form of a fee claim, sent to the email address within 3 working days of the date of confirmation of the application, with a payment deadline of 8 days, or, if the Cost Owner is not in a position to accept a fee claim, after the event has taken place, with a payment deadline adapted to the Participant’s needs.
    11. If the Participant fails to pay the participation fee for the event(s) within the payment deadline specified in the confirmation email, FORTIX Academy will consider this as a withdrawal from the Participant’s contract and will act in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions accepted by the Participant at the same time as these GTC.

    4. Application and withdrawal conditions:

    1. Registration for the event is done online.
    2. Online registration also constitutes an order for the service (participation in the Event).
    3. Our Company will send a confirmation of the registration to the Party that initiated the registration, by which we accept the application of the person who has registered, and thus the contract between the Party that initiated the registration and our Company for the holding of the event and participation in it is deemed to be concluded.
    4. The registration and the confirmation of the registration also entail a payment obligation, therefore we will inform the Party that initiated the registration in the confirmation email – in the form of a fee request. The email containing the fee request will include the account number and all information regarding the payment of the participation fee. A final invoice will be sent by FORTIX Consulting Ltd. after the fee request has been received or after the event has been completed.
    5. You may cancel your participation in the event subject to the following conditions. If the Party that has initiated the registration decides that it does not wish to or is unable to participate in the event, it must notify us in writing to info@fortixacademy.hu no later than 12 noon on the fifth (5) working day prior to the event. We are unable to accept cancellations received by telephone or verbally, so please make sure that your cancellation is made in writing and in good time. Cancellations received by us in writing by the above deadline will be deemed accepted, in which case the event participation fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be accepted and the event participation fee will not be refunded.
    6. Please note that in the event of late performance, we are also entitled to default interest under the Civil Code and, in the case of orders placed by business entities, to a recovery fee.

    5. Cancellation and withdrawal conditions:

    1. The contract may be terminated by the person attending the event. Notice of termination must be given in writing to the info@fortixacademy.hu by sending an email to. The notice of termination sent by email will be deemed received when it becomes available to FORTIX Academy. In the event of cancellation of an event that has commenced, FORTIX Academy shall be entitled to a pro-rata fee for the event.
    2. The contract may be terminated by FORTIX Academy with immediate effect if the Participant fails to meet his/her payment obligations despite a notice from FORTIX Academy.
    3. FORTIX Academy cannot refund the participation fee in case of cancellation within 24 hours before the event start date. In the event of cancellation 3 working days before the event start date, the event participation fee will be from 50% is withheld. The FORTIX Academy will inform the Participants separately of the cancellation conditions, which the Participant accepts as part of and as a condition of registration for the event. The cancellation conditions are set out in section 4.

    6. Rules for participation:

    1. By registering, you accept the rules for participation in the event, which are.

In addition to the provisions of paragraph 3, the Participant must comply with the instructions of the Organizers in connection with the event, and if the Participant fails to comply with these instructions, the Participant shall be solely responsible for any breach of these provisions, and the Organizers or the persons providing the venue or acting on their behalf shall be entitled to refuse entry or to initiate the removal of the Participant from the event area.
    6. We aim to do our utmost to ensure that the event is held according to the theme and structure previously specified, but as external circumstances may affect this, we reserve the right to change this without prior notice.
    7. After the event, we will provide the opportunity to ask questions to those presenters who are still available after the event or, if the presenter allows it, to ask them during the presentation. Given the subject matter of the event and the need to keep to the timetable, please ask questions at the end of the lecture series, usually during a specific period.
    8. The Participant acknowledges that the event organizers may take pictures and video recordings of the event, in which the Participant may be recognizable. By attending the event, the Participant expressly acknowledges and consents to being identifiably visible on the footage and to our right to use such footage for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants are not permitted to record audio, photographs or video at the event.
    9. FORTIX Consulting Ltd. and the Presenters hold the copyright to the presentation materials, documentation, etc. provided at the event, whether in written or electronic form, and the prior written consent of the rightholders is required for any use of such materials.
    10. In addition to the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, the Participant or the person registering for the event acknowledges that he/she must also accept the Data Management Policy, which is a condition of valid registration.

    7. Participation fee:

    1. The participation fee for the selected event will be detailed on the website. FORTIX Academy reserves the right to change the fees for the selected training event. Fees indicated from 1 January 2022 apply to.

    5. The original invoice for the participation fee will be sent by FORTIX Academy to the Participant by post or e-mail, as requested by the Participant, to the appropriate contact details provided by the Participant when filling in the Application Form.

    8. How the training event is monitored and evaluated:

    1. If the training event ends with a knowledge assessment, FORTIX Academy is entitled to organise it.
    2. To be awarded the certificate, you must attend the event and, after attending the event, complete the examination tasks at the time of the time slot provided with a minimum of 60%.
    3. Certificate: a Participant who completes a training event will receive a certificate of completion and successful completion, subject to passing the knowledge assessment at the time of the time slot provided with a minimum score of 60%.

    9. Customer service procedures, complaint handling:

    1. FORTIX Academy strives to provide high quality services to the maximum satisfaction of its Participants.     4. FORTIX Academy will always respond to written complaints in writing.

    10. Participants’ rights and obligations:

    1. Participants acknowledge that they can register for the event by submitting a completed registration form, the deadline for which is the 5th working day before the event starts.
    2. Participant agrees to actively participate in the training event and the evaluation process by following the instructions of the event leader.
    3. By registering for the event, the participant accepts the event programme and commits to participate in the event without undue delays or absences.
    4. The maximum number of absences allowed during the training is 20% of the total number of hours. If the participant exceeds the 20% absence limit, he/she will not be entitled to receive the certificate.
    5. Participants must document their presence at the event by signing the attendance sheet at each event. For online events, the attendance sheet and its signature is also provided online.
    6. Participant agrees to comply with its payment obligations under these GTC.
    7. Participant undertakes not to engage in any conduct that would prejudice or harm the rights or legitimate interests of other Participants, instructors or FORTIX Academy. The Participant shall be liable for any damage caused by him/her in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

    11. Rights and obligations of FORTIX Academy:

    1. FORTIX Academy undertakes to provide the material and personal conditions of the event paid by the Participant, and to conduct the event to a high standard.
    2. FORTIX Academy will provide the written materials, tools and services to the Participants free of charge at the latest according to the progress of the event, necessary for the successful completion of the event. The event materials are copyrighted by FORTIX Academy.

    12. Consequences of breach of contract:

    13. Withdrawal:

    1. The Participant, who is a consumer, is entitled to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the application by the applicant, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the event, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (26.11.2014) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses (hereinafter: Government Decree). Other conditions for the enforcement of the rights of warranty: within six months from the date of performance, there are no other conditions for the enforcement of the right of warranty other than the notification of the defect, if the Participant proves that the service was provided by FORTIX Academy. However, after six months from the date of performance, the Participant is obliged to prove that the defect which he/she has discovered was already present at the time of performance.

    15. Other enforcement:

    1. In the event that any consumer dispute between FORTIX Academy and the Participant is not resolved during the negotiations with FORTIX Academy, the Participant who is a consumer may apply to the conciliation body competent in his/her place of residence or domicile and initiate the proceedings of the Board, or may apply to the Conciliation Board competent in the place of the registered office of FORTIX Academy, and the following enforcement options are available to the Participant:

    16. Data management:

    5. The data shall be transmitted to the bodies controlling these funds for the purpose of verifying the receipt and use of public or EU funds.     17. Satisfaction measurement:

    1. The Participant has provided his/her email address when registering for the event and will be sent an invitation to complete a satisfaction questionnaire after the event, to which he/she expressly consents by signing these GTC.

    18. Job guarantee and job support for CyberCamp

    1. FORTIX Academy guarantees to the Participant who completes CyberCamp that the Participant will have at least one offer for a position in accordance with the training within 6 months after successful completion of the training, subject to the following conditions:
      • the Participant scores at least 90% in the first final examination
      • declare your intention to make use of the job guarantee
      • participate in job interviews organised by FORTIX Academy or its partners by sending an updated CV in advance and maintaining the necessary communication
      • If the Participant fully complies with the above requirements and still does not receive at least one job offer that can be evaluated, he/she is entitled to a refund of 25% of the gross fee of the Training Event.
      • The Participant acknowledges that in the event of non-acceptance of a position offered by FORTIX Academy or a partner company contracted by FORTIX Academy, the Participant shall not be entitled to a refund under the previous point.
    2. Any Participant who achieves at least 60% in the final exam and who wishes to apply for the final exam (and who declares this in writing upon receipt of the result) will be provided with the necessary information to our recruitment partners.

    19. Other information about the event:

    1. On the 3rd working day prior to the event, FORTIX Academy will create a Teams group for the event and send out MS Teams invitations to the email address you provided when registering, according to the event days, to join. In the invitation, Participants are asked to check that all the required items in the event group are available or, if not, to report to the training organiser to identify the cause of the error. If it is clear that the access is not due to a FORTIX Academy error, we will endeavour to provide alternative ways of accessing the event training material to the Participant, as agreed between FORTIX Academy and the Participant.
    2. An e-mail reminder will be sent on the 2nd working day before the event to remind the Participant to organise the event and to join the group, in case the Participant has not done so by the above date.
    3. We are not responsible for any technical errors or failure to connect to the event on the day of the event if the Participant has not made use of the login control provided to him/her.
    4. Participants can prove their participation in events organised by FORTIX Academy by keeping an attendance sheet.
    5. In case the Participant participates in a training event organised by FORTIX Academy that ends with a self-organised knowledge test, a link to the Knowledge Test form, available from 8:00 to 23:45 on the 4th working day after the event, will be sent by e-mail the day after the event, and a minimum of 60% successful completion of the form is required to obtain a FORTIX Academy certificate of completion.
    6. On the working day following the end of the knowledge assessment, the training organiser will inform the Participant in writing of the result achieved and that the documents related to the training event (FORTIX Academy certificate, certificate generated from FAR, Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Receipt of Certificate) will be sent by post.
    7. In the case of contact hour training events, the processing and confirmation of the application, the issuing of documents related to the participation fee, the sending of information on the holding/cancellation of the event, the sending of the event reminder will be as described above, the content of which may vary.
    8. On the starting day of the contact hour event, the organiser will welcome and welcome the Participants at the designated location and open the event, and will take care of any requests that may arise during the event.
    9. On the final day of the training event, if it ends with a knowledge test organised by FORTIX Academy, the instructor is responsible for completing and evaluating the paper-based knowledge test. At the end of the event, the Training Organiser will ask the Participants to complete the paper Satisfaction Measure and Marketing feedback documents.
    10. FORTIX Consulting Ltd. carries out marketing activities in connection with the organisation of events and training events, and by signing the GTC, the interested party expressly gives its consent to FORTIX Consulting Ltd. to carry out related enquiries.
    11. For information on the results achieved and how to send documents relating to the event, see above.

    20. Other provisions:

    1. FORTIX Academy will take all reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that www.fortixacademy.hu to operate the website in a safe and secure manner, but does not make any other warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the security, freedom from computer viruses, spyware or other harmful programs, timeliness, accuracy or uninterrupted operation of the website. In connection with the use of the website, FORTIX Academy recommends that Participants take the necessary precautions: use virus and spyware protection software with an up-to-date database, install operating system security updates. Registration for an event on the website implies the Participant’s knowledge of the technical and technological limitations of the Internet and acceptance of the potential for error inherent in the technology.
    2. FORTIX Academy is not responsible for any damage caused by accessing this website. The Participant is responsible for protecting his/her computer and the data on it.
    3. FORTIX Academy will send a confirmation message to the Participant after receiving the application in the manner provided for in these GTC. FORTIX Academy is not liable for any damages in the following cases:
    4. if, due to any malfunction, the application has not been received;
    5. for any failure of the Participant’s computer due to any hardware or software failure or for any damage caused by a disconnection from the Internet.

    21. Final provisions:

    1. In order to avoid any disputes arising from these GTC, the Participant and FORTIX Academy agree that any disputes arising from theThey settle the dispute primarily between themselves – peacefully. If this fails, they shall apply to a court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure in force at the time.
    2. If any part of these GTC becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining parts shall not be affected.
    3. If FORTIX Academy does not exercise its rights under these GTC, the failure to exercise such rights shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. The waiver of any right shall only be valid if expressly stated in writing. FORTIX Academy’s failure to insist on strict compliance with a material term or condition of these GTC on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to insist on strict compliance with that term or condition in the future.
    4. These GTC-in matters not regulated in the Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services, in the case of participation by consumers, the Government Decree 45/2014 (26.11.2014) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the event with associated conditions the provisions of Act LXXVII of 2013 on Adult Education and the provisions of the Civil Code Act of 2013 shall apply.

    I accept the above GTC as binding on me, as being in full agreement with my will, and by signing it I declare that I have read and understood its contents in full.
