Introductory provisions:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Event: training, event, other events.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These General Terms and Conditions:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (GTC<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, or contract) the training department of FORTIX Consulting Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FORTIX Academy)  <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">organised by, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is created during the application for a training course subject to notification under Act LXXVII of 2013 on Adult Education (hereinafter: Adult Education Act)   <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">FORTIX Academy<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the event participants (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Participant&#8221;), collectively referred to as the &#8220;Parties&#8221;.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The GTC shall apply to the Participant&#8217;s registration for, and participation in, an<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">event<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the conditions for participation and the payment of the participation fee. All Participants are bound by the provisions of the GTC.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> GTC<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> will not be filed, it will be concluded in electronic form only, the document required for online contracting, written in Hungarian, does not refer to a code of conduct.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> GTC<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the scope of the Adult Education Act, the Participant <\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">covers the legal relationship<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">between FORTIX Academy.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The T&amp;Cs are concluded between the Participant<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">FORTIX Academy upon confirmation of the registration <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for the event by FORTIX Academy. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The contract is evidenced by the electronically saved registration data and the invoice issued, which FORTIX Academy will keep for the period of time stipulated in the legislation on<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">accounting<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">and taxation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Terms and Conditions are permanently<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">available to FORTIX Academy Participants at https:\/\/static.fortix.hu\/app\/uploads\/2023\/06\/FXA_ASZF_v2p0.pdf and can be<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> downloaded<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">in pdf format from this Academy and the Participant in relation to the registration for events.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"335559991\":284}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The present<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> SAI<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The issues not regulated in Section F and their interpretation shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular with regard to the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code Act) and the Adult Education Act, which shall prevail even in the absence of a separate clause.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"335559991\":284}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Present<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> GTC<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">April<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 2022<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  05. napj\u00e1n l\u00e9p hat\u00e1lyba \u00e9s visszavon\u00e1s <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">remains<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in force until<\/span>. <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"335559991\":284}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">FORTIX Academy declares, and the Participant expressly accepts, that unless the law or the GTC provide for written communication on paper between FORTIX Academy<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">and the<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Participant, in which case the Parties shall accept the email message as written. The Parties enter into this provision with the understanding that they expressly acknowledge that the legal relationship between them is based on online cooperation (registration for an Event by online contracting), and that therefore the communication between them is based on correspondence by email. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":426,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"335559991\":284}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> FORTIX Academy<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. We are unable to accept cancellations received by telephone or verbally, so please make sure that your cancellation is made in writing and in good time. In the event of cancellation 3 working days before the event start date, the event participation fee will be <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">from<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 50% is withheld. The FORTIX Academy will inform the Participants separately of the cancellation conditions, which the Participant accepts as part of and as a condition of registration for the event. Satisfaction measurement:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Participant has provided his\/her email address when registering for the event and will be sent an invitation to complete a satisfaction questionnaire after the event, to which he\/she expressly consents by signing these GTC.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":428,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">18.  <\/span><\/b><b>Job guarantee and job support for CyberCamp<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>FORTIX Academy guarantees to the Participant who completes CyberCamp that the Participant will have at least one offer for a position in accordance with the training within 6 months after successful completion of the training, subject to the following conditions:\n<ul>\n<li>the Participant scores at least 90% in the first final examination<\/li>\n<li>declare your intention to make use of the job guarantee<\/li>\n<li>participate in job interviews organised by FORTIX Academy or its partners by sending an updated CV in advance and maintaining the necessary communication<\/li>\n<li>If the Participant fully complies with the above requirements and still does not receive at least one job offer that can be evaluated, he\/she is entitled to a refund of 25% of the gross fee of the Training Event.<\/li>\n<li>The Participant acknowledges that in the event of non-acceptance of a position offered by FORTIX Academy or a partner company contracted by FORTIX Academy, the Participant shall not be entitled to a refund under the previous point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Any Participant who achieves at least 60% in the final exam and who wishes to apply for the final exam (and who declares this in writing upon receipt of the result) will be provided with the necessary information to our recruitment partners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">19. Other information about the event:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On the 3rd working day prior to the event, FORTIX Academy will create a Teams group for the event and send out MS Teams invitations to the email address you provided when registering, according to the event days, to join. In the invitation, Participants are asked to check that all the required items in the event group are available or, if not, to report to the training organiser to identify the cause of the error. If it is clear that the access is not due to a FORTIX Academy error, we will endeavour to provide alternative ways of accessing the event training material   <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to the Participant<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, as agreed between FORTIX Academy and the Participant.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">An e-mail reminder will be sent on the 2nd working day before the event to remind the Participant to organise the event and to join the group, in case the Participant has not done so by the above date.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We are not responsible for any technical errors or failure to connect to the event on the day of the event if the Participant has not made use of the login control provided to him\/her.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Participants can prove their participation in events organised by FORTIX Academy by keeping an attendance sheet.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In case the Participant participates in a training event organised by FORTIX Academy that ends with a self-organised knowledge test, a link to the Knowledge Test form, available from 8:00 to 23:45 on the 4th working day after the event, will be sent by e-mail the day after the event, and a minimum of 60% successful completion of the form is required to obtain a FORTIX Academy certificate of completion. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On the working day following the end of the knowledge assessment, the training organiser will inform the Participant in writing of the result achieved and that the documents related to the training event (FORTIX Academy certificate, certificate generated from FAR, Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Receipt of Certificate) will be sent by post.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In the case of contact hour training events, the processing and confirmation of the application, the issuing of documents related to the participation fee, the sending of information on the holding\/cancellation of the event, the sending of the event reminder will be as described above, the content of which may vary.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On the starting day of the contact hour event, the organiser will welcome and welcome the Participants at the designated location and open the event, and will take care of any requests that may arise during the event. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559685\":360,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On the final day of the training event, if it ends with a knowledge test organised by FORTIX Academy, the instructor is responsible for completing and evaluating the paper-based knowledge test.
